• Own email marketing platform. We operate our own email marketing platform, keeping your campaign data off third-party services. Clients can also register as tenants to run their own campaigns independently.
• KCAA-licensed drone pilots. All our aerial operations are conducted by pilots holding valid licences from Kenya's Civil Aviation Authority — ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on every shoot.

Completed project files are delivered through Tarf Media's secure Online Gallery — a private, password-accessible viewer where you can preview, download, and manage your delivered content. Upon project completion, you will receive a unique gallery link via email or WhatsApp.

Clients who have met all payment obligations receive immediate, unrestricted access with downloads fully enabled. If there is an outstanding balance, the gallery will initially be available in preview-only mode. Access is suspended after 24 hours if payment has not been received, and fully reinstated within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Gallery links remain active for three (3) months from the original delivery date.

We provide a wide range of production equipment including cameras and lenses, lighting and audio kits, drones, gimbals and stabilisers, tripod stands, and camera accessories. Yes. All clients must create a Tarf Media account to access our Equipment Rental Portal and book equipment. This helps us verify your identity, manage bookings efficiently, and provide a self-service experience for repeat hires.

You'll need a valid National ID or Passport for verification, along with a guarantor's National ID or Passport. Corporate clients may also be required to submit a company authorisation letter.

Yes. You can rent equipment for self-use as long as you meet our verification and payment requirements. However, for specialised equipment such as drones, we recommend hiring our licensed operators for optimal performance and safety compliance.

Yes. You can schedule an appointment to visit us in Nairobi to inspect and test equipment before confirming your booking. Contact us to arrange a visit.

Yes. Some equipment may require a refundable security deposit depending on the type and value of the item. The amount will be communicated during the booking process and refunded upon safe return of the equipment.

Yes. You can request an extension before the current rental period expires. Approval will depend on equipment availability.

Yes. We offer delivery and pickup services within Nairobi and surroundings at an additional cost. Arrangements can be made during booking.

Log in to your Tarf Media account, browse the available equipment, select the items you need, and submit your booking. Our team will review your request and issue an invoice for payment. For production services, simply get in touch to begin.

We accept M-Pesa and bank transfers. Payment must be made in full before collecting or using any equipment. A 50% deposit is required to secure a production services booking.

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental date will not attract a penalty. Late cancellations may incur up to 50% of the rental fee. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Late returns attract additional charges per hour or per day, depending on the item. We advise notifying us early if you expect a delay to avoid unnecessary penalties.

Yes. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental options for long-term projects. Contact us for customised packages and long-term pricing.

Clients who have cleared all payments receive full gallery access with downloads enabled from the moment their gallery link is issued. If there is an outstanding balance at the time of delivery, the gallery will be available in preview-only mode (no downloads) for up to 24 hours. If payment is not received within that window, the gallery will be suspended. Full access is reinstated within 24 hours of payment being confirmed. The three-month availability window runs from the original delivery date and is not extended by payment delays.

Yes. Tarf Media offers end-to-end email marketing services for businesses looking to reach and retain their audience through direct, personalised communication. Our services include campaign strategy, copywriting, template design, list management, and performance reporting. We run everything on our own platform, so your data never passes through third-party email marketing tools.

All email marketing is consent-based. For campaigns we manage on your behalf, you are responsible for ensuring that every contact on your list has explicitly opted in to receive emails from your business. We do not permit sending to purchased lists or contacts who have not given consent. This protects your brand reputation and ensures compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Yes. Beyond our managed campaigns service, the Tarf Media Email Marketing Platform is open to registered tenants — businesses and individuals who want to build and send their own campaigns independently. Once your account is approved, you get access to your own workspace to manage subscriber lists, design emails, and schedule sends.
